Recently I’ve been going through a lot of mental change. New mindsets, new ways of thinking, new beliefs. And with all these changes, comes the thought, “do I really want this?”
For example, I’ve been trying to decide if it’s worth it to switch to an all-natual lifestyle, or if I should be just as happy using the products I’ve always loved, even with their consequences.
In trying to decide whether I want A or B, this or that, one thing has remained a constant in my mind when deciding. You have to ask yourself, “is this going to make me happier, healthier, a better person?” You and you alone are the only person who can determine that for you. If you think that becoming a billionaire, waking up at four am to business calls, and eating exotic meals daily is the perfect life for you, then do it. If you think your happiness will come from the people you surroudn yourself with, and the little gifts you can get yourself, who’s to stop you?
The bottom line is that no one can tell you how to live your life. No one can make you decide what to feel or what to think. When trying to decide what kind of life will suit you, make sure you’re making the decision for yourself, and you’ll always be happy.
